What to say in your staff Welcome Back Video
People love it when they come back to work after the holidays and they are greeted with a Welcome Back video message from their CEO/GM/boss. It’s really easy to make and here are 4 things that you can say in that video.
Use this easy Welcome Back Video script
- Welcome everyone back from the holidays.
- Tell them what you did during your holidays to keep it warm and friendly
- We’ve been talking about 2020 for a very long time. Use that momentum and add something that you’re excited about for the year ahead
- Wrap it up by telling everyone that you’re looking forward to catching up with them
And that’s it.
It’s a great way to motivate your team just when we’re all trying to ease back into work mode.
Staff will love it.
